MONTHLY NEWSLETTER SERVICE
Your Monthly Unit Newsletter is your way as a Director to stay in touch with all your Consultants. Your Newsletter should motivate, inspire, give recognition where due and keep your Unit informed. If you are taking up to much time every month compiling your newsletter, let us help to create a professional newsletter that works for you and your Unit!
We offer 3 types of Newsletters:
Basic Newsletter
One time set up fee: $15.00 Monthly fee: $35.00
This is a newsletter that is ready-made by Crown Virtual Services with standard information and motivation. This newsletter is created and sent to Director in pdf format. No other format will be forwarded to Director.
To Include:
* Standard template of 10 pages (5 front and back)
* Customization of Unit name, Director photo and Queens of Wholesale, Retail and Sharing ONLY
* InTouch reports to include: Unit wholesale, Birthday, Anniversary, New Consultants, Recruiters and Teams, YTD Court of Sales, YTD Court of Sharing, Recruiting Commissions and On-Target Star Consultant Recognition
* One full page of already formatted information sent via e-mail from Director. Must be submitted by the 4th of the month.
* Newsletter worthy articles provided by Crown Virtual Services.
* One set of revisions accepted. Revisions do not include major changes to template, recognition, letter or other items.
* Training, articles and misc. Mary Kay promotions will be inserted by Crown Virtual Services.
* All material must be sent in one e-mail. Revisions, must too, be sent in one e-mail.
Custom Newsletter
One time set up fee: $30.00 Monthly fee: $45.00
This newsletter is custom made with 8 standard pages of information and motivation with 1 additional custom page. This newsletter is created and sent to Director in pdf format. No other format will be forwarded to Director.
Total number of pages: 10 (5 front and back)
To Include:
* 8 page template (4 front and back)
* Customization of Unit name, Director photo and Queens of Wholesale, Retail and Sharing.
* InTouch reports to include: Unit wholesale, Birthday, Anniversary, New Consultants, Recruiters and Teams, YTD Court of Sales, YTD Court of Sharing, Recruiting Commissions and On-Target Star Consultant Recognition
* Newsletter worthy articles provided by Crown Virtual Services.
* Personalized letter submitted by Director.
* 1 custom page**created by Crown Virtual Services with information submitted by Director. May include: Monthly summary winners, calendar evetns, Unit promotions, etc. Information must be submitted by the 4th day of the month.
* Director may submit unlimited pages of already formatted information such as training, motivation or event flyers at o additional charge. (Only enough to fill amount of pages in newsletter) Must be submitted by 4th day of the month.
* Two sets of revisions accepted. Revisions do not include major changes to template, recognition, letter or other items.
* All material must be sent in one e-mail. Revisions, must too, be sent in one e-mail.
** Additional pages may be created for $15 per page.
Classic Newsletter
One time set up fee: $45.00 Monthly fee: $55.00
This newsletter is custom made with 8 standard pages of information and motivation with 2 additional custom pages. This newsletter is created and sent to Director in pdf format. No other format will be forwarded to Director.
Total number of pages: 12 (6 front and back)
To Include:
* 8 page template (4 front and back)
* Customization of Unit name, Director photo and Queen of Wholesale, Retail and Sharing. Unlimited photos submitted by Director (in moderation).
* InTouch reports to include: Unit wholesale, Birthday, Anniversary, New Consultants, Recruiters and Teams, YTD Court of Sales, YTD Court of Sharing, Recruiting Commissions and On-Target Star Consultant Recognition.
* Newsletter worthy articles provided by Crown Virtual Services.
* Personalized letter submitted by Director.
* Customized calendar with Unit and Company dates created by Crown Virtual Services.
* 2 custom pages ** created by Crown Virtual Services with information submitted by Director. May include monthly summary winners, calendar events, Unit promotions, etc. Information must be submitted by the 4th day of the month.
* Director may submit unlimited pages of already formatted information such as training, motivation or event flyer at no additional charge. (Only enough to fill amount of pages in newsletter) Must be submitted by 4th day of the month.
